Start with the purchasing specification
Send the product size designation and the specification currently used by your plant. Include the equipment or process, required hardness and material requirements so that we can review the requested product accurately.
Confirm the terminology
When requesting steel shot or steel grit, state the required particle shape and attach the purchasing specification or a sample photograph. Shot and grit should not be treated as interchangeable names in an order.
Inspection and acceptance
Provide the applicable standard and edition, size-distribution limits and any test-report requirements. These details are confirmed before supply; the product photograph does not establish a particular grade or certification.
Packing and quantity
State the order weight, required weight per bag or package and pallet requirements. The packing photograph illustrates the supplied product format; final shipment marks and package weights are agreed in the quotation.
