Application & selection
Mill liners form part of the mill’s working system. Material, liner profile and installation dimensions should be reviewed together with the grinding process.
Drawing-based requirements
Provide the mill model and liner drawings, including bolt positions and installation dimensions. If you are replacing an existing part, include photographs and current material details.
Application review
Share the feed material, grinding media and operating conditions. Our team will discuss the available material and production specification.
Confirm before production
Approve the final drawing, material grade, inspection requirements and quantity before manufacturing.
Profiles and positions
The product catalogue includes grooved liner designs and material options for shell liners, end liners and compartment or grate components. Identify the position in the mill: parts that look similar may have different mounting and operating requirements.
Drawing review checklist
Include overall length, width and thickness, liner profile, bolt-hole diameter and pitch, seating surfaces and any installation clearance. Provide a drawing revision and quantity for each part number. A photograph helps identify the part but does not replace a dimensioned drawing.
Choose material with the operating duty
Tell us the feed material, mill speed, grinding media size and whether the mill runs wet or dry. Include photographs of worn liners and the location of cracking or uneven wear. Material and profile should be reviewed together.
Before manufacturing
Confirm the approved drawing revision, material, critical dimensions, inspection requirements and packing arrangement. If replacing a set, identify the component quantities by installation position.
