Define your rod mill requirements
Provide the rod mill model and working length, existing rod diameter and length, operating conditions and capacity expansion plans. Check the rod specification against the equipment before ordering.
Specify more than diameter
A rod inquiry should include length, diameter tolerance, straightness requirements and the current material or hardness specification. Tell us whether you need to address bending, uneven wear or breakage.
Inspection and delivery
Agree dimensional inspection and hardness testing methods before production. Confirm the weight or number of rods, bundling method, handling limits and destination. Exact numerical tolerances and material grade are confirmed in the quotation.
