Grinding Master® supplies ceramic grinding balls to an agreed purchase specification. Tell us about the material to be processed, your mill model and the required ball sizes so we can review suitable products with you.
Confirm material and size
Specify the ceramic composition or existing grade, nominal ball diameter and quantity required for each size. Confirm the selected grade, material composition, density, hardness and wear-test requirements before supply.
Share your operating conditions
State the mill type, wet or dry operation, feed material and target fineness. Where contamination is critical, specify the permitted contamination limits and inspection methods required by your process.
Inspection, packing and quotation
Provide the required quantity, destination and delivery requirements. Confirm dimensional tolerances, contamination limits, test documentation, package weight and pallet requirements in the quotation.
