High-chromium micro ball sizes
The catalogue lists ball diameters of 4.8, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.7, 15, 17 and 20 mm. These are ball diameters, not cylpeb lengths. Confirm the size mix and material specification required for your order.
Multiple shapes and sizes
For micro balls, specify the required diameter. For micro cylpebs, specify diameter × length. List each required shape and size separately in the quotation, including quantities and tolerances.
Describe the grinding duty
Provide the mill type, feed material, wet or dry process, feed size and target fineness. For replacement media, provide the current media specification and any concerns about wear, breakage or finished-product quality.
Material and inspection
Confirm the material grade, composition limits, hardness testing method and size distribution requirements for the selected product. Small media should not simply inherit the specifications of larger media, even within the same material family.

Provide a list of sizes and quantities, the required packing format and destination. The photographs show examples of small media; actual available sizes and shapes will be confirmed against your specification.
