Specify diameter and length together
Cylpebs are cylindrical grinding media. State both dimensions in every inquiry so that an order cannot be confused with a ball of the same nominal diameter. Include the quantity of each size in a mixed charge.
Material series
The catalogue groups cast grinding media into low, medium and high chromium series and additional special material options. Select a specific grade with its agreed chemistry and hardness criteria; the series name alone is not a complete purchase specification.
Mill information for selection
Include the material being ground, mill dimensions, chamber arrangement and required fineness. If replacing an existing charge, send its size distribution and operating observations. Changes in media shape and charge composition should be reviewed for the actual process.
Order and inspection
